A pure granular form of lecithin produced from 100% natural soya extract. Each tablespoon provides a full 70mg of phosphatidyl serine (PS), one of the most important nutrients for brain health, and at a fraction of the 'typical' single nutrient price found on the market. The granules can easily be sprinkled onto cereals, stirred into fruit juices or added to soup without affecting the flavour. Lecithin granules can be added to any meal, drink, or used as a cooking ingredient. Sprinkle 1 to 2 level tablespoons (7.5g) of granules onto cereals, stir into fruit juices or add to cooking.
