Our ability to offer a smooth export service has been severly hampered by the UK's Brexit situation.

When ordering goods from supersupps.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and local sales taxes.

These are normally applied once the package reaches the specified destination.

Your parcel may also be delayed within your local customs office for longer than expected.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that if a parcel is returned by customs you will have to pay shipping again if you want it resent.

We are unable to resend parcels until the original parcel has returned to our office.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do apologise for this extra level of administration and inconvenience but sadly, this is a situation that is not within our control.
