What are Sleep Well Dissolvable Granules
Sleep Well Dissolvable Granules are a food supplement with natural sweeteners from plant sources, containing extracts of Lemon Balm and Lettuce.

Dosage of Sleep Well Dissolvable Granules

Adults and children 12 years and over:

Take 1 sachet daily, 1 hour before bedtime. To be poured directly into the mouth and swallowed with or without water.

Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Taking too much may cause a laxative effect.

Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Best before see bottom of box.

Ingredients

A daily dose of 1 sachet contains:
56.5 mg magnesium (15% NRV*),
190 mg lemon balm extract,
120 mg L-tryptophan and 75 mg lettuce extract.
