Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 10 mg
Evening Primrose Oil
(Oenothera biennis) (seed) 150 mg
Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) 15 mg
Linoleic Acid (LA) 97 mg
Vitamin E (d-alpha Tocopherol) (soy free) 10 mg AT (15 IU)
Other ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), non-GMO sunflower oil.

Pregnancy and Nursing: Phosphatidylserine (PS), including the other phospholipids and essential fatty acids, are already found in our bodies, so are very safe for long-term use. Generally considered safe, however, as the effects of phosphatidylserine during pregnancy and lactation have not been sufficiently evaluated, it should only be used during these times if specifically recommended by a health care professional.
