Inositol hexaphosphate (IP-6) blended with inositol (myo-inositol) supplied in capsules or a loose powder suitable for a drink mix. 

Suggested capsule use: 2 capsules taken twice daily best before or between food. Higher intakes of up to 8 capsules twice a day may be taken by those with specific health concerns. Best taken on an empty stomach. See our 'special notice' section for notes on higher intake levels.

Suggested powder use: 1 measure 1-2 x a day mixed in 200-250ml of water or juice. This can be split into smaller servings throughout the day if required but re-mixing is recommended if left standing. Measuring scoop supplied in the tub.

Mixing tips for the powdered product: to assist the solubility of the IP6 powder it is recommended that it is mixed into a slightly acidic liquid such as orange juice or water that has had lemon juice or apple cider vinegar added. If left to stand, the mixture should be stirred well before drinking.
