Supplement to be used intensively (for 2 days as instructed on the label) at onset of 'signs' after exposure to colds, flu and other related nasal, sinus and bronchial challenges-for a rapid (usually less than 48 hours), natural response to challenges for which one might have chosen echinacea in the past.

How to use

Begin with 1 full teaspoon, followed by a 1/2 teaspoon, 3 times on Day 1. Take 1/2 teaspoon, 4 times on Day Two. Dosages should be taken 4 hours apart.
