Directions

Adults: 1 teaspoon, hold under tongue for 30 seconds, then swallow.

Children 60 lbs and under: ½ teaspoon.

Guidelines

Maintenance: Once daily.
Regular use: 3 times daily.
Long-Term (Chronic) Support: 5 times daily.
Short-Term (Acute) Support: 7 times daily.
