Who we are

supersupps.com is an internet trading style and sales platform of Hadley Wood Healthcare and offers a range of health products that are dispatched from our mail order office based at 28 Crescent West, EN4 0EJ.

Your privacy is protected when using the supersupps web site and purchasing any products over our internet shopping site. We do not pass on any of your details to other businesses or organizations and we keep your details confidential so you will not receive unwanted or unsolicited mail from third party organizations when you use our internet service.

When you place an order, we use secure business payment gateways (SagePay and PayPal) to ensure that your credit card and personal details cannot be viewed by others. We do not hold any records of your payment details.

Your personal details are only shared by those directly involved in processing your order and when placing an order, we ask only for your name, address, credit or debit card details and email address. When placing an order on our internet shopping site you are consenting to the collection and processing of information by Hadley Wood Healthcare Ltd.

Our privacy policy does not apply to information we are required to disclose by law, or in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

To access what personal data is held, identification will be required

We will accept the following forms of identification (ID) when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your driving licence, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. Complaints

In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed by HHC you have the right to complain to us. If you do not get a response within 30 days, you can complain to the ICO.
